1. Working oil
- The hammer uses the same working oil as the excavator.

- When the hammer continues to work, the oil temperature will rise, please check the viscosity of the oil at this time.
- If the viscosity of the working oil is too high, it will cause poor operation, irregular strike, gas cavitation phenomenon in the working pump and viscose phenomenon in the large valve.

- If the viscosity of the working oil is too thin, it will cause internal leakage and reduce the working efficiency, and the oil seal and gasket will be damaged by high temperature.

- During the work of the hammer, the working oil should be added before the bucket work, because the oil with impurities will cause the hydraulic components, the hammer and the excavator to work out of whack and reduce the work efficiency.

- The hammer should be re-filled with working hydraulic oil for 250 hours after the first installation and every 500 hours thereafter.

2. Oil filter
- Because impurities in hydraulic oil can shorten the life of hydraulic components and even cause oil circuit blockage, oil filters are needed to remove impurities in the oil.

- The oil filter should be replaced every 125 hours after the first installation for 50 hours.

- Due to the wear of parts, repair and maintenance, as well as oil change and refueling process, impurities and dust will enter the hydraulic line

- When installing the oil filter, the rated capacity of the filter should be in line with the maximum working pressure oil return.

3, oil cooler
- The purpose of using the oil circuit cooler is to reduce the operating temperature of the hydraulic oil.

- If the oil temperature rises too high during hammering operations, consider replacing the original oil line cooler or installing an auxiliary cooler.
