When replacing the oil pipe, steel pipe, oil return filter and other hydraulic accessories, it is necessary to clean the dust or debris at the interface before loosening and replacing.
When filling butter, it is necessary to lift the crushing hammer and press the steel into the piston, and only need to fill half the gun of the standard butter gun for each filling. (Because if the steel is not pressed when the butter is filled, the butter will be in the upper limit of the steel groove, and the butter will directly spring to the main oil seal of the breaking hammer when the steel is working, and the butter will be brought into the middle cylinder of the breaking hammer with the reciprocating movement of the piston, and then the hydraulic oil in the middle cylinder of the breaking hammer will be mixed into the hydraulic system of the excavator, which is the deterioration and blackening of the hydraulic oil)
Treatment method:
1. Use the proper butter position.
2. Add a return oil filter device.
3. Add water spray device to reduce external dust.
4. The upper and lower bushing wear is too large, timely replace the bushing.
5. Check the intake check valve is broken or blocked, check the check valve regularly.
6. Replace the dust seal in time.
7. Use the crushing hammer correctly (do not often in the off-beat).
8. Note that the steel size matches the bushing.
